These Refund rules apply to goods purchased online through our secure website www.thespiritofdubai.com

» As per our policy, we do not provide cash refunds, however, we do offer product exchanges.

» A product may be exchanged for another product of equivalent or higher price value within the fourteen (14) days of receiving delivery.

» Products which have been custom engraved with initials cannot be exchanged. 

» The returned product must be in brand new condition - fully sealed, unused and untampered, satisfactory to our Management's discretion.

» If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged please return the items within 14 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
